Inspection services
Choose the inspection that fits your property decision.
Each service has a clearly defined scope, a practical inspection process and a photographic report designed to make the findings easier to act on.
Not sure what to choose?
For most established-home buyers, the combined inspection is the strongest starting point.
It brings the building and timber-pest assessments together in one coordinated visit while keeping the findings clearly separated in the report.

Clear scope. Clear limitations.
Inspections are visual and non-invasive. Areas are assessed where access is safe and reasonable at the time of inspection. Concealed components, inaccessible spaces and items obstructed by stored goods or insulation cannot be inspected.
Any access or inspection limitations are recorded in the report, together with recommendations where further investigation may be appropriate.
